Good questions.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
No. We work with things exactly as they are — that's how we understand how you actually use the space. The only thing worth doing is thinking about which area feels most overwhelming, so we can start there.
Will you make me get rid of things?
Never. Every decision about what stays or goes is yours. Our job is to build systems for what you have — not to edit your belongings.
Do I need to be home during the session?
Yes — your input matters. We'll have questions about your preferences and how you use things. The best sessions happen when we can work with you in the space.
What if we don't finish in one session?
We'll make as much progress as possible in your booked time. If you'd like to continue, booking a follow-up session is easy. We keep notes on what we worked on so we pick up exactly where we left off.
How does product sourcing work?
If you add a sourcing tier at booking, we'll shop for supplies before your session and bring everything we need. The sourcing fee covers our time selecting and purchasing. Products are billed separately at their actual cost — no markup.
